Abstract: ] Objective Toexploreearlyrehabilitationnursinginneonatalobstetricbrachial plexusinjury.Methods Fifty-six children with neonatalobstetric brachialplexusinjury experiencedearlystageexplorationlysis , andlater , theywererandomlydividedintocontrol groupandrehabilitationgroup , 28 patientsinagroup.Thechildrenincontrolgroup got conventionaltreatment , includingneurotrophicdrugs , selffunctionaltrainingathome ; The childreninrehabilitationgroupwereimplementedwithlow-frequencyneuromuscularelectrical stimulationandnormalizationofmotorfunctiontraining , comprehensivecaremeasuresonthe basisofconventionaltreatment.Accordingtothebrachialplexusfunctionevaluationcriteria , thetwogroupsofchildren wereevaluatedinlimbfunctionrecovery.Results Rehabilitation grouphadfunctionalrecoveryexcellencein13cases , goodin9cases , effect4cases , andpoorin 2cases ; thecontrolgroupshowedexcellencein5cases , goodin8cases , effectin8cases , and poorin7cases.Theefficacyofrehabilitationgroupwasbetterthanthatofcontrolgroup , the prognosisinexcellenceandgoodgradeweresignificantlyhigherthanthatofcontrolgroup ( P < 0. 05 ) .Conclusion Implementationoflow-frequencyelectricalstimulationofneuromuscular trainingcombinedwithstandardized motorfunctionintegratedcaremeasurescansignificantly improveneonatalobstetricbrachialplexusinjuryandraisetreatmentgoodrate , enhancethe functionalactivity and prognosisin children , reducefamily anxiety , which worth clinical application.
