Study on the placement rate of axillary vein in the position of the midpoint of the clavicle

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatetheclinicalapplicationofthemethodofpunctureofthe
axillaryveininthepositionoftheclavicle.Methods Onehundredpatientswithcentralvenous
catheterizationwererandomlydividedinto2groups.Inthecontrolgroup , 50casesweretreated
bytraditionalblindmethod.punctureoperationtime , thenumberofpuncture , Puncturesuccess
rate , catheterplacementrateandcomplicationsin2groupswereobserved.Results heoperation
timeoftheexperimentalgroupwaslessthanthatofthecontrolgroup ( P <0.01 ) .Thedepthof
thecatheterizationintheexperimentalgroup wasdeeperthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <
0.01 ) .Thesuccessfulrateofonetimepuncturewashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup ( P <
0.05 ) .Therewasnosignificantdifferenceintherateofinbutioninbothgroups ( P >0.05 ) .
There were noinjury ofarterialpuncture , pneumothorax , catheterobstruction , abnormal
bleedingofpuncturesiteandothercomplications.Therewasnoinfectioninthepuncturesite
duringtheperiodofhospitalizationintwogroups.Conclusion ApplicationofcolorDoppler
ultrasoundguidedbyaxillaryveincentralvenouscatheteroperationhashighsuccessrate , highin
placerate , fewercomplications , lowincidenceofinfectionduringhospitalization.Thismethodis
safeandreliable.Theoperationtimeislessandissuitableforclinicalpromotion.
