Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatethecorrelation betweensuicideattitudeandself-
acceptanceofdepressionpatientsandtoprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheclinicaltreatmentand
nursing.Methods Seventy-eightinpatientswithdepression wereselectedandassessed with
HamiltonDepressionScale ( HAMD ), SuicideAttitudeQuestionnaire ( QSA ) andSelfAcceptance
Questionnaire ( SAQ ), respectively.Results Theself-evaluation'sscoreofSAQ waspositively
correlatedwithF2ofQSA ( r =0.234 , P =0.039 ), andnegativelycorrelatedwithHAMD ( r =
-0. 263 , P =0.020 ) .SAQself-acceptancewaspositivelycorrelatedwithF1 , F1positiveattitude
andF4ofQSA ( r =0.294 , 0.722 , 0.282 , P =0.009 , 0.043 , 0.012 ) .Therewasclosenegative
correlation ( r =-0. 223 , P =0.050 ) betweenHAMD withF1ofQSA.HAMDandF1positive
attitude , F2neutralattitudeshowednegativecorrelationrespectively ( r =-0. 760 , -0. 255 , P =
0.029 , 0.047 ) .Conclusion Thereisacloselycorrelationbetweensuicideattitudeandself-
acceptanceofdepressionpatients.
