Effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with gallbladder protected lithotomy on postoperative bile composition and expression of Calponin and VIP in biliary smooth muscles

Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Tostudytheeffectofursodeoxycholicacidcombinedwithgallbladder
protectedlithotomyonpostoperativebilecompositionandmusclecompositioninrabbitmodelof
gallbladderstones.Methods SixtymaleNewZealandrabbitswerechosenasresearchsubjects ,
endoscopicgallbladderprotectedlithotomywereconductedaftergallstonesmodelweremade ,
randomlydividedintothreegroupsaccordingtopostoperativetreatment , thecontrolgroup
receivednormaldiet , themodelgroupreceivedlithogenicdiet , theinterventiongroupreceived
lithogenicdiet+ursodeoxycholicacid.Thenserumlipidcontents , biletotalcholesterol ( TC ) and
totalbileacid ( TBA ), calponin ( Cap ) andvasoactineintrestinalpeptide ( VIP ) expressioninbiliary
smoothmuscle weredetected.Results Afterfive weeksofintervention , serum triglyceride
( TG ), TC , lowdensitylipoproteincholesterol ( LDL-C ) contentsin modelgrouprabbitswere
higherthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ) .Serum TG , TC , LDL-Clcontentsin
interventiongroupwerelowerthanthatin modelgroup ( P <0.05 ) .BileTCcontentsmodel
grouprabbits werehigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ); bile TCcontentsin interventiongroupwerelowerthanthatinthemodelgroupandwerehighterthanthatinthe
controlgroup ( P <0.05 ); bileTBAcontentsininterventiongroupwerehigherthanthatinthe
controlgroupandthemodelgroup ( P <0.05 ) .VIPandCapinmodelgroupgallbladdertissue
werehigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ) .VIPand Capininterventiongroup
gallbladdertissue were lower than thatin the model group ( P < 0.05 ) .Conclusion
Ursodeoxycholicacidcapsuleinterventionscanregulatebilecomponentsandreduceexpressionof
CapandVIPinrabbitmodelofgallbladderstonesreceivedgallbladderprotectedlithotomy.
