Abstract ] Objective Toevaluatetheeffectofglucocorticoid , oralantihistaminesplusanti
leukotrienedrugsfortreatmentofmoderateandseverepersistentallergicrhinitisandthechoice
ofclinicaltreatmentschedules.Methods Eighty-fourpatientswererandomizeddevidedintotwo
groups , thecontrolgroupwasadministeredwithmometasonefuroateaqueousnasalspray200 μ
g
perdayanddesloratadine10mgperday , thetreatmentgroupwasadministeredwithmometasone
furoateaqueousnasalspray200 μ gperdayanddesloratadine10 mgperdayand montelukast
sodium10mgperday , respectivelyforeightweeks.Theimprovementofsymptomandtheeffect
oftreatmentwereobserved.Results Aftertherapy , thesymptom andsignscorewereboth
decreasedgraduallyinthesetwogroups , especiallyinexperimentgroup.Thedifference was
significantbetweenthesetwogroups , indifferenttimeandgroup · timeinteraction ( P <0.05 ) .
After4weeks , thedifferencesofthetreatmenteffectivenessandthetotaleffectratewerenot
significantbetweenthesetwogroups ( P >0.05 ) .After8weeks , thedifferenceofthetreatment
effectivenesswasnotsignificantbetweenthesetwogroups ( P >0.05 ) .Butthedifferenceofthe
totaleffectratewassignificant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Fortreatmentofallergicrhinitis , the
treatmenteffectofglucocorticoid , oralantihistaminesplusantileukotrienedrugsinconjunctionis betterthanthatofglucocorticoidandoralantihistaminesinconjunction , whichisworthwidely
used.
