The timeeffect analysis on the allocation of the health human resource in Hebei province

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective Toanalyzetheeconomiceffect , humancapitaleffect , andthe
situationofthesolutionaboutthehealthdemandfromthehealthhumanresouceinputinHebei
provinceinordertoprovidetheevidencefortherationalallocationofthehealthhumanresouce.
Methods Causalrelationshipbetweenthehealthstaffandgrossdomesticproduct , population ,
employees , thenumberofoutpatientsandthenumberofinpatientswasanalyzedbyGrangertest
basedonthedatafrom 1994to2014 , respectively.Results ADFtestshowedthatabove-
mentioned6timeseriestransformedwereallthestablesequences.Then , Johansencointegration
testshowedtherewasalong-termco-integrationrelationshipamongthehealthstaffandgross
domesticproduct , employees , thenumberofoutpatientsandthenumberofinpatients.Further ,
GrangercausaltestfoundthatthehealthstaffwastheGrangercauseforgrossdomesticproduct
(
P =11.591 , P =0.003 ), andfortheemployees ( F =9.672 , P =0.010 ), respectively.The contributionrateofhealthstaffwas104. 19%and90. 15%forgrossdomesticproductandforthe
employees , respectively.Thenumberofoutpatients ( F =10.342 , P =0.005 ) andthenumberof
inpatients ( P =11.233 , P =0.003 ) wastheGrangercauseforthehealthstaff , respectively.
Whenthenumberofoutpatientsandthenumberofinpatientsincreases1% , thenumberof
healthstaffwillincrease10.26% , 0.11%.Conclusion Thesignificanteconomiceffectand
humanresourceeffectwereobtainedfromthehealthhumanresourceinput , whiletheeffecton
thesolutionofthehealthdemandsofresidentswasnotconfirmed.Thenumberofhealthhuman
resourceincreasedwiththeincreasingofhealthdemandofresidents , andthatdidnotincrease
withtheincreasingofgrossdomesticproductandthenumberofemployees
