Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the clinical effect of the Qing Wen decoction combined with ganciclovir on the treatment of children with EBV infection, and to analyze its influence on immune function, provide the basis for the treatment of EB virus infection with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Eighty cases of children with EB infection were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with ganciclovir, the observation group patients were treated by Qing Wen decoction combined with ganciclovir, treatment effects were compared between the two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95%,80%, and the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<005). Compared with the control group, the improvement time of the observation group was significantly shorter (P<005). Children EBVNAIgG negative before and after the treatment had no significant change (P>005), but compared with before treatment, the number of EBVDNA and EBVCAIgM negative cases of the two groups of children significantly increased after treatment (P<005), and the observation group increased the number of cases was significantly higher than that of control group (P<005). Compared with before treatment, ALT, AST and immune globulin in two groups were decreased significantly after treatment, and the decreased degree in observation group was higher than that in the control group; lymphocyte subclass was improved significantly after treatment in two groups of children, and the improvement degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<005). The adverse reaction rates in the two groups were not statistically significant (P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The effect of Qing Wen decoction combined with ganciclovir in treatment of children with EB infection is curative. Symptoms subside quickly in children. The drugs have less adverse reaction, can effectively reduce the EBDNA content, and promote the EB virus transformation. It is important to the reduce the risk of children infected after the occurrence of malignant disease.
