Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To improve the quality of the beside mobile digital radiography(DR) image and reduce the patients' radiation dose by analyzing the common factors of affecting bedside DR image quality to achieve dynamic control and management.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and nine unqualified beside DR images of different body parts were collected. The images were recorded. Regarding the phenomena and reasons of the unqualified DR images, 3 experienced and professional radiographers analyzed, discussed and counted all the images one bye one with reference to the topclass hospitals' digital image evaluation standard from the Ministry of Health.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Among the 109 images, 31 cases(28.4%) of adjustment of postprocessing parameters and 29 cases(26.6%) of selection of radiographic conditions are inappropriate. Eight cases(7.3%) of radiography positions are not standard. Two cases(1.9%) of recording the patients' information and 3 cases(2.7%) of marking the left and right numbers are wrong. Two cases(1.9%) of the typesetting and printing format are not standardized . Eight cases(7.3%) of the proportion of the photo image are uncoordinated. 6 cases(5.5%) of radiation field were too large or too small. There are 9 cases(8.3%)  of artifact for the extracorporeal foreign matter. Two cases(1.9%) of the incidence of the Xray center line are incorrect. There are grid decentering effect in 9 cases(8.2%).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Selecting the suitable photography conditions, operating strictly according to the standard rules, using the postprocessing techniques appropriately, adjusting and matching the postprocessing parameter are all the key points to improve the quality of the bedside DR image.
