The expressions and significance of HSP90α and Ki67 in golden hamster buccal mucosa precancerous lesions after Huashi Xingyu Qingre decoction treatment#br#

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the expressions and significance of heat shock protein 90α, HSP90α)and Ki67 in hamster buccal mucosa precancerous lesions after Huashi Xingyu Qingre decoction treatment.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Sixty golden hamster models of buccal mucosa precancerous lesions were established after the contact of dimethylolbutanoie acid(DMBA) for six weeks. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Thirty rats of experimental group were received gavage therapy of Huashi Xingyu Qingre decoction for 8 weeks, while, the other thirty rats of control group were received normal saline treatment for 8 weeks. The expression levels of HSP90α、Ki67 were assessed by dyeing intensity of streptavidinperosidase(SP).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The positive expression rate of Ki67 after gavage was 23.3%(7/30) in the experimental group and 80.0%(24/30) in the control group(P<0.01). The positive expression rate of HSP90α after gavage was 20.0%(6/30) in the experimental group and 76.7%(23/30) in the control group(P<0.01).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Huashi Xingyu Qingre decoction is conspicuously effective in the reversal of DMBAinduced precancerous lesions in the hamster buccal mucosa.
