Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical effect of preoperative shortterm adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer and its effect on caudal type homeobox transcriptionfactor 2(CDX2) and inhibitor of growthfamily member 4(ING4) expression.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with simple radical surgery, and the observation group was treated with oxaliplatin, pentafluorouracil and leucovorin for shortterm impact chemotherapy before operation. The shortterm efficacy, longterm efficacy and adverse events were observed in both groups. And the expression of CDX2 and ING4 in the two groups were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The tumor resection rate and rectal cancer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜005). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CDX2 and ING4 gene between two groups before treatment(P＞005). The positive rate between two indicators in the observation group was significantly higher than those at the time of operation and 3 months after operation(P＜005). The positive rate of CDX2 and ING4 expression in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜005). There was no significant change in the positive rate between two groups(P＞005). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 year and 2 years after operation(P＜005), but there was no significant difference in tumor recurrence rate between two groups(P＞005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The radical surgery combined with shortterm adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical effect, regulate CDX2 and ING4 gene expression, which has a certain safety.
