Abstract: ［Abstract］〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the clinical effects of pevisone combined with Tanshinone in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis, so as to offer the excellent scheme for clinic treatment.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred twenty patients suffered from facial seborrheic dermatitis who were coincident with research standard were selected and were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with random number table, 60 patients for each group. For patients in control group, pevisone was offered only while for those in observation group, Tanshinone was provided in addition to pevisone treatment. The symptom improvement and effects of patients in two groups on the 2 nd and 4 th weekends after pharmacy were compared. The followup visit was carried out after the treatment for 4 weeks, during which the recurrence rate and adverse reactions were also compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The scores of erythema, pruritus, desquamation and psoriasis area of patients in two groups showed a decreasing trend, and the scores of erythema, pruritus, desquamation and psoriasis area of patients in observation group were lower than those of control group, the interactions regarding groups, time points and groups and time points had statistical significance(P＜005). The average drug onset time of observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group, the treatment effect was better than that of control group yet the recurrence rate was obviously lower than that of control group(P＜005). The difference of adverse reaction incidence rates of two groups had no statistical significance(P＜005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Pevisone combined with Tanshinone has favorable effects in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis with such contributions as improved clinical symptoms, less adverse reactions and reduced recurrence rate, which should be widely promoted in clinical practice and applied as the preferred option.
