Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the correlation between the clinical manifestations, imaging findings in contrast enhanced MRI of tuberculous meningitis and the corresponding MRC staging.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓MRC staging was performed in 85 patients with tuberculous meningitis, and their clinical manifestations and MRI enhanced results were collected and analyzed.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓MRC staging was positively correlated with increased intracranial pressure and meningeal irritation, cerebral parenchyma damage and brain nerve damage(P<005), and had no correlation with the symptoms of tuberculosis(P>005). MRC staging was positively correlated with meningeal disease, tuberculous brain abscess and complications(P<005), and had no correlation with local encephalitis, tuberculoma and no abnormality(P>005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The more MRC staging of tuberculous meningitis, the more severe the symptoms, the more vulnerable the meninges, the more tuberculous brain abscess and intracranial complications. The MRI enhanced scan of tuberculous meningitis is characteristic, which is of great significance for the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis and the evaluation of the disease.
