Abstract: ] Objective Toevaluatetheclinicalvalueofelectrocardiogram ( ECG ) limbleadin
predicting coronary artery cyclotron branch lesion.Methods Coronary angiography was
conductedforatotalof615patientsdiagnosedascoronaryheartdisease , unstableanginapectoris
including300cyclotronbranchlesionpatients , recordingtheirelectrocardiogramoftheresting
andanginaattack , andpredictingthecyclotronbranchlesionthroughanalysisofresultsof
coronaryangiography andthecharacteristic of ECG limblead.Results Thesensitivity ,
specificityandaccuracyoflimbleadECGoftherestingwere36.00% , 84.76% and60.98%
respectivelyforcyclotronbranchlesion.STsegmentdepressioninleadⅠ wasthemostprevalent
inthechangeoflimbleadECG , accountingforabout90.22% ofECGepisodes ; STsegment
depressioninlead Ⅱ andlead aVF were about67.39% and 67.39% of ECG episodes
respectively ; ST segmentdepressioninlead Ⅲ occurredrarely
, mostlynormalorslightly
elevated , accountingforabout90.22% ofECGepisodes ; leadaVRhadnoabnormalchange
mostly , accountingforabout70.65%inanginaattack.Conclusion Thespecificityoflimblead
ECGoftherestingishigh , butthesensitivityislowforcyclotronbranchlesion.Itisvaluable
forpredictingcyclotronbranchlesionbyleadⅠ , ⅢoflimbleadECG mainlyinanginaattack.
