Abstract: ] Objective Todiscusstheclosureconditionandrulesofmammaryductbyhigh
frequencyultrasoundobservationafterterminationofbreastfeeding , andprovideabasisfor
identificationandclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentofmammaryductdiseases.Methods High
frequencyultrasoundwasusedtoobservethemammaryductclosurein428caseswithin1year
aftertheterminationofbreastfeeding.Accordingtoterminatingbreastfeedingafter0-2
months , 3-4months , 5-6months , 7-8months , 9-10months , 11-12months , 6hours ,
thedudiscontinuenursingwasexplored.Results Theductclosurerateinsixdifferentperiodswere
significantlydifferent ( P <0.01 ), and5-6 months , 7-8 months , 9-10 months , 11-12
monthswerehigherthan0-2monthsand3-4monthsgroup ( P <0.05 ) .Theterminationof
ductclosurerateraisedwithprolongedbreastfeeding (χ

closed.Within7 months , mammaryductclosurerateincreasedwiththeterminationtimeof
lactation , after7 months , thebreastductclosureratehadnosignificantchange withthe
terminationtimeoflactation.Therefore , moreobservationneedswhenthebreastisnotclosedat
theterminationofbreastfeedingwithin7months.Morethan7monthswhenbreastductisnot
closedwithsymptoms , timelytreatmentshouldbeinchoice.
