Abstract ] Objective Tooptimizeworkflowandensuredrugsafetybyqualitycontrolcircle
( QCC ) inpharmacyintravenousadmixtureservices ( PIVAS ) .Methods Toplan , implement ,
verifyandhandleinaccordancewiththeQCCSteps.Thenumberofweeklyprescriptionsfor
errorwascomparedbeforeandafterQCCactivity , theachievablerateandprogressiveratewere
calculated.TheeffectsofQCCactivitywasstandardized , reviewedandimproved.Results The
prescriptionsforerrorswerereducedfrom23 / weekto9 / week , andtheemployeemotivationand
responsibilitywereincreased.Conclusion ThedevelopmentofQCCactivityinPIVASfindsand
solvestheinternalproblem , reducestheprescriptionsforerrors , improvesteamcohesiveforce
andthepharmacyservicequality.
