Abstract ] Objective Toexploretheclinicalcurativeeffectofmicrosurgicalremovalof
hematomaandstandardlargetraumacraniotomytotreatthepatientswithseverehypertensive
cerebralhemorrhageandearlycranioplasty.Methods Retrospectivelyanalyzedtheclinicaland
radiologicaldatafrom 106 patients managed with microsurgicalremovalofhematomaand
standardlargetrauma craniotomytotreatthe patients with severe hypertensive cerebral
hemorrhageandearlycranioplasty.Results Seventy-twohoursafteroperation , thepatients
underwentCTexamination.Therateofhematomaremovalwas80%-96%.Twelvecasesdied
andthe mortalityrate was11.32%.Theother94patients weretreatedby3 monthsafter
operation.TheclinicalefficacywasevaluatedbyusingBarthe1index ( BI ), and45cases ( 47.87% )
withgooddailylifeability , 24cases ( 25.53% ) with moderatedisability , 15caseswithsevere
disability ( 15.96% ), 10cases withtotaldependence (
10.64% ) .Conclusion Microsurgical
removalofhematomaandstandardlargetraumacraniotomycanrapidlyremovehematoma ,
relieveintracranialpressure , and promotetherecovery ofneuralfunction andreducethe mortalityrateanddisabilityrateofpatients , whichisaneffective methodfortreatmentof
hypertensivecerebralhemorrhageandcerebralherniaformation.Earlycranioplastycanimprove
thequalityoflifeofthepatients , theeffectissatisfactory.Itisworthyofclinicalpromotion.
