saline100 mL / d , the experimentalgroup 1 weretreated with saline 50 mL / d and ω-3
polyunsaturatedfatty acid 50 mL / d , the experimental group 2 were treated with ω-3

(
PCT ), C-reactiveprotein ( CRP ) andinterleukin-6 ( IL-6 ), albumin ( Alb ), lymphocyte ( LYM ),
prealbumin ( PA ) andtransferrin ( TFN ) ofpatientswerecollectedandcomparedonpreoperative day1 , postoperativeday1 , andpostoperativeday7.Thedrugreactionsandtheoccurrenceof
