Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To analyze the relationship between DNAJC6 expression and clinical data of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), and to explore the effect of DNAJC6 overexpression on the clinical stages of HCC.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and two patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation were selected. PCR was used to detect the expression of DNAJC6〖KG*4〗mRNA in HCC tissues and analyzed with clinical data.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The DNAJC6〖KG*4〗mRNA high expression in patients with tumor diameter≤2 cm  was lower than that with tumor diameter>2 cm. The high expression rate of DNAJC6〖KG*4〗mRNA in HCC patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ was lower than that in patients with stage Ⅲ. The high expression rate of DNAJC6〖KG*4〗mRNA in HCC patients with grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ was lower than that in patients with grade Ⅲ. The difference was statistically significant(P<005). There was no significant difference in the expression of DNAJC6〖KG*4〗mRNA between ages, portal vein tumor thrombus and hepatitis B virus(P>005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓DNAJC6 abnormal expression in hepatocellular carcinoma patients were with larger tumors, poor clinical stage, grade and prognosis, so DNAJC6 can be used as an important index to evaluate the preoperative condition and postoperative outcome in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
