Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate curative effect of biomimetic electrical technique in the  patient of symphysis pubis diastasis after spontaneous delivery.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓This study included 60  patients of symphysis pubis diastasis after spontaneous delivery. The patients were divided randomly into group A(routine nursing group), group B(the pelvis of  external fixation group) and group C(biomimetic electrical technique group). The local pain of  the pelvis and breadth of symphysis pubica were assessed and compared among the 3 groups in 5 days and 6 weeks after spontaneous delivery.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score was decreased gradually over three groups, the group C  was better than group B and the group B  was better than group A, there were statistically significant differences between groups, time points, and groups· time points in the 3 groups(P<005). The 3 groups of pubic symphysis width were shortened with time, the group C was better than group B and the group B was better than group A, there were statistically significant differences between groups, time points, and groups·time points in the 3 groups(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Low frequency biomimetic technology is a more effective way to treat pubic symphysis after delivery. It is safe and noninvasive for patients to accept. It can relieve pain and improve quality of life in a short time.
