Clinical value of IL1, β2 defensin and CRP in the diagnosis of preterm premature rupture of the mambranes with histological chorioamnionitis

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical value of interleukin1(IL1), β2 human defensin(HBD2) and Creactive protein (CRP) in the diagnosis of preterm premature rupture of the mambranes(PPROM) with histological chorioamnionitis(HCA).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The 56 PPROM with HCA patients admitted were divided into HCA group and nonHCA group according to placental pathology, and 30 healthy pregnant women admitted in the same periods were chosen as healthy group. Blood was collected, and IL1, HBD2 and CRP were measured, The diagnostic efficiency of IL1, β2 defensin and CRP were analyzed to diagnose the PPROM with HCA.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The levels of serum IL1, HBD2 and CRP in HCA group were significantly higher than nonHCA group and healthy group(P<005). Placenta fetal membrane pathological examination was chosed as the gold standard test results, IL1+HBD2+CRP diagnosis had high accuracy, and the area under the ROC curve was significantly higher than IL1+CRP and HBD2+CRP(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The combination of IL1, HBD2 and CRP to diagnose HCROM with HCA parallelly can improve the sensitivity, and series detection can improve the specificity of PPROM combined with HCA diagnosis, which is of great value for the early diagnosis of HCROM with HCA.
