Evaluation and analysis of the effect of submucosal injection for endoscopic resction of duodenal papilla adenoma#br#

Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluate and analyze the effect of submucosal injection for endoscopic resction of duodenal papilla adenoma.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 37 cases with duodenal papilla adenoma underwent endoscopic papillectomy and were analyzed retrospectively. Among them,22 patients who were treated with submucosal injection before resection were allocated as treament group and 15 patients without submucosal injection as control group. The rates of total excision, complete excision and complications were compared between the two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in the rates of total excision, complete excision and complications between the two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Submucosal injection is not necessary before endoscopic papillectomy of duodenal papilla adenoma.
