Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical value of artificial submucosal injection to form local edema in transurethral resection of bladder tumors.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Twentythree eligible patients with bladder cancer were selected. Submucosal edema was induced by artificial injection of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride diluent into the bladder mucosa of the tumor basement, and then do the operationtransurethral resection of bladder tumors to record the operation time, amount of bleeding, smoothness of the section, bladder perforation, obturator nerve reflex and pathological.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓All the patients successfully have completed the operation, the average operation time was (38.8±15.6) min,the average bleeding volume was (5.4±4.3) mL, the incision margin was smooth and round like, and the occurrence rate of obturator nerve reflex was 8.7%(2/23), the occurrence rate of bladder perforation was 0(0/23), and the positive rate of tumor basement was 0(0/23).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The artificial submucosal edema is safe and effective in transurethral bladder tumor enucleation, and can effectively reduce obturator nerve reflex and avoid bladder perforation.
