Abstract: [Abstract]Objective〖HTSS〗To evaluate the patency rate and the safety of No-touch great saphenous vein bridge in coronary artery bypass graft.
Methods〖HTSS〗One hundred and five CABG cases were divided into two groups randomly. A total of 65 cases were treated with No-touch technique to obtain the great saphenous vein. 40 cases were bridged with conventional incision. The results of operation and the rate of bridging vessel patency were compared between the two groups.
Results〖HTSS〗There was no death in the two groups. There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of numbness and pain in both legs of No-touch group was higher than that of conventional operation group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of hematoma, edema and poor wound healing between two groups(P>0.05). The patency rate of No-touch group was higher than that of routine operation group(P<0.05).
Conclusion〖HTSS〗The application of no touch in CABG can reduce the damage to the vein bridge and prolong the patency rate of the bridge. The No-touch method has the same safety as the conventional incision method.
