Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Aspirin combined with Femoston on the improvement rate of menstruation, uterine artery blood flow and endometrial repair in patients after severe intrauterine adhesions surgery.
Methods One hundred and eight  women of childbearing age with severe intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. All patients in the two groups underwent uterine adhesions separation surgery. The patients in control group were treated with Fenmotong orally after operation. On this basis, the observation group was given Aspirin for a long period of one month. The clinical efficacy and total effective rate of the two groups were observed. Pregnancy status, endometrial thickness, menstrual volume and uterine artery blood flow parameters of the two groups were compared.
Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy and uterine cavity shape recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Nineteen cases were pregnant in observation group, 13 cases were successful(68.43%) and 15 cases in the control group, 5 cases were successful(33.34%). The pregnancy success rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and menstrual blood volume of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). The improvement of endometrial thickness and menstrual blood volume in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment and in control group(P<0.05). Resistance index(RI) and pulse index(PI)  of uterine artery blood flow parameters in two groups were lower than before treatment, vascularization index(VI), vascularization flow index(VFI) and flow index(FI) were higher than before treatment, RI and PI in observation group were lower than that in control group after treatment, VI, VFI and FI in observation group were higher than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05).
Conclusion The combination of Aspirin and Finchton can promote the repair of endometrium, improve the situation of menstruation and the blood flow of the arteries after severe intrauterine adhesion, which is safe.
