Preliminary study on patella reversal transplantation for repairing the articular surface of old tibial plateau fracture malunion

Abstract: The old tibia platform fracture malunion belongs to orthopaedic trauma treatment problem. In this article,for the first time with the method of patellar take reverse bone transplantation treatment of one patient with old tibial plateau fracture malunion. During operation, the central patellar articular surface was drilled out. High specification was 22 mm, 15 mm diameter cylinder. The section contained information about the cylinders implanted in the form of joint surface toward the femoral condyle inside, patellar residual cavity in ilium tamponade. Postoperative imaging examination and clinical effect were satisfactory.
