摘要/Abstract

摘要： [摘要] 目的观察米非司酮联合中药对子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及对血清癌抗原 125 ( cancerantigen
125 , CA125 )水平的影响。方法选取子宫内膜异位症患者 116 例,按照治疗顺序随机均分为试验组和对照组,对照
组采取米非司酮治疗,试验组采取米非司酮联合中药治疗。观察 2 组治疗效果,治疗前后血清 CA125 水平、卵泡刺
激素(
follicle-stimulatinghormone , FSH )、黄体生成素( luteotropichormone , LH )、雌二醇( estradiol , E 2 )水平及不
良反应发生情况。结果 2 组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义( P >0.05 )。治疗前, 2 组血清 CA125 水平差异无统
计学意义( P >0.05 );治疗后,
2 组血清 CA125 水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <
0.05 )。 2 组治疗前后 FSH 、 LH 、 E 2 水平差异均无统计学意义( P >0.05 )。试验组治疗后体质量增加、丙氨酸转氨
酶异常、性欲减退、水肿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05 );
2 组阴道出血发生率差异无统计学意
义( P >0.05 )。结论米非司酮联合中药对子宫内

Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective To exploretheclinicaleffects of mifepristonecombined with
traditionalChinesemedicineonthetreatmentofendometriosisanditseffectonthelevelofcancer
antigen125 ( CA125 ) .Methods A totalof116casesofpatients withendometriosis were
randomlydividedintoexperimentgroupandcontrolgroup , thecontrolgroupweretreatedby
mifepristone , theexperimentgroupweretreatedbymifepristonecombinewithchinesetraditional
medicine.Theclinicaleffects , thelevels of CA125 , follicle-stimulating hormone ( FSH ), uteotropichormone ( LH ), estradiol ( E 2 ) andadversereactions werecomparedforthetwo
groups.Results Therewasnosignificantdifferenceonthetotaleffectiveratebetweenthetwo
groups ( P >0.05 ) .TherewasnosignificantdifferenceonthelevelsofCA125beforetreatment
(
P >0.05 ); ThelevelsofCA125aftertreatmentintheexperimentgroupwerelowerthanthat
beforetreatmentandthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ) .ThelevelsofCA125aftertreatmentin
thecontrolgroupwerelowerthanthatbeforetreatment ( P <0.05 ) .Therewasnosignificant
differenceonthelevelsofFSH , LH , E 2 beforeandaftertreatment ( P >0.05 ) .Therateofbody
weightgain , alaninetransaminaseabnormity , hypaphrodisia , edemaintheexperimentgroup
werelowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ) .Therewasnosignificantdifferenceonthe
rateofvaginalbleedingbetweenthetwogroups ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Ithasgoodclinical
effectsforthepatients withendometriosisby mifepristonecombine withchinesetraditional
medicine.ItcanimprovethelevelsofCA125 , withoutsignificantinfluenceonsexhormoneand
withlessadversereaction.Ithashigherclinicalapplicationvalues.
