多酶生物膜清洗剂对耳鼻咽喉手术器械附着生物膜清除效果分析

Effect of multienzyme biofilm detergent on the removal efficiency of the biofilm in the otolaryngology surgery instruments

摘要: [摘要] 目的 观察多酶生物膜洗涤剂对耳鼻咽喉科手术器械附着生物膜的清洗效果。方法 随机抽取耳鼻
咽喉科术后手术器械 600 件,分为多酶生物膜清洗剂组和普通清洗剂组各 300 件。目测、显微镜和扫描电镜下观
察污物、杂质及生物膜清除效果。结果 目测 2 组样品合格率为 100.
0% 显微镜下观察:多酶生物膜清洗剂对耳鼻
咽喉科术后器械上残留污物和杂质的清除率为 95.
0% ,普通清洗剂为 84. 0% ,多酶生物膜清洗剂去污物作用较普
通清洗剂好( P <0.01 );扫描电镜观察多酶生物膜清洗剂对生物膜的清除率为 99.
0% ,普通清洗剂为 94. 0% ,多酶
生物膜清洗剂清除生物膜的作用较普通清洗剂好( P <0.01 )。结论 使用多酶生物膜清洗剂能有效清除耳鼻咽喉
科器械上残留污物、杂质及生物膜。

Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatethecleaningeffectofmultienzymebiofilmdetergentfor
biofilm ontheotolaryngologysurgicalinstruments.Methods Selected600 otolaryngology
surgicalinstrumentswererandomlydividedintogroupA ( multienzymebiofilmdetergentgroup )
andgroupB ( conventionaldetergent ), eachgouphas300otdaryngdogysurgicalinstruments
throughvisualinspection , microscope , andscanningelectronmicroscope , toobservepollutants
andbiofilmscleaningrate.Results Allinstrumentswerequalifiedthrouhgvisualinspectionafter
rinsebythesetwodetergentsrespectively.95. 0% ofinstrumentsingroupA werequalifiedby
microscopedetection , 84. 0%ingroupB , andbiofilmdetergenthadbettercleaningeffectthan
conventionaldetergent ( P < 0.01 ) .Biofilm detergent remove biofilm rate was 99.0% ,
conventionaldetergentwas94. 0% , andbiofilmdetergenthadabetterremovaleffectonbiofilm
thanconventionaldetergentthroughscanningelectron microscopeinvestigation ( P <0.01 ) .
Conclusion Multienzyme biofilm detergent can clean pollutants and biofilms on the
otolaryngologysurgicalinstrumentseffectively.
