〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗通过建立雄性新西兰兔阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)动物模型,了解OSAHS对生殖系统的影响,为预防OSAHS可能导致的不育提供理论依据。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗20只雄性新西兰兔随机分为OSAHS组和正常对照组,每组10只。OSAHS组实验动物注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶2 mL, 建立OSAHS动物模型。仰卧位睡眠8周后,处死所有动物,取睾丸组织在常规光镜、电镜下观察;取左侧附睾尾组织,检测精子计数、精子活力、精子活率及精子畸形率。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗光镜和透射电镜下可见OSAHS组动物睾丸生精细胞、生精小管、生精上皮损伤。OSAHS组动物精子计数、精子活力、精子活率明显低于对照组,精子畸形率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005);血氧饱和度与附睾尾中精子畸形率呈负相关(P<005)。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗OSAHS造成的缺氧可引起生殖系统损伤,降低精子质量。

Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To set up the animal model of obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) in male NewZealand rabbit, and to observe the effect of the testis and the spermatozoa in cauda epididymis under OSAHS,so that to provide theoretical bases for the preventation of sterility caused by OSAHS.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Twenty male NewZealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups and ten rabbits in each. Two groups were obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome group(group OSAHS) and control group. A total of 2 mL polyacrylamide hydrogel were injected into rabbit soft palate of group OSAHS to set up OSAHS animal models. After sleep for 8 weeks by dorsal position, all the animals were killed and the testis were observed  under the transmission electron microscope and the AX80 universal microscope. The left cauda epididymis was obtained to be observed the number, viability, motility rate and abnormal rate of spermatozoa. The SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyse. 〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Transmission electron microscope and the light microscope revealed that the spermatogenic cell, the seminiferous tubule and the spermatogenic epithelium were damaged in the group OSAHS. In OSAHS group animals, the number, viability rate and motility rate of spermatozoa in cauda epididymis were significantly decreased while the rate of teratospermia was increased(P<0.05). The saturation of blood oxygen and the rate of teratospermia were negatively correlated by the correlation analysis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The damage of spermatogenic cells and the decrease of the sperm quality were caused by hypoxia which was caused by OSAHS.
