〖HTH〗目的〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗探讨容积再现(volume rendering,VR)技术在重建听骨链中的独特优势及临床应用。
〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗应用64层螺旋CT对30例疑似听骨链病变患者进行高分辨率容积扫描并应用VR技术重建听骨链。
〖HTH〗结果〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗30例中有10例听小骨形态结构正常,20例听小骨结构异常(其中12例听骨链损伤,8例听骨链发育异常)。VR图像上均可清晰显示锤骨、砧骨及镫骨的骨性结构,但对于镫骨前后脚、锤砧关节及砧镫关节清晰显示度低于多平面重组图像。
〖HTH〗结论〖HTSS〗〖KG*2〗VR技术利用全部容积扫描数据立体直观地呈现听骨链的整体解剖结构及听小骨间相应位置关系,对于临床诊断听骨链病变有极其重要的指导意义。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the unique advantages and  clinical application of volume rendering technique(VR) in reconstruction of ossicular chain.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 30 patients with suspected ossicular chain lesions were highresolution volumetric scanned with 64slice spiral CT and reconstructed with VR.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓Among the 30 cases, 10 cases had normal ossicular structure and 20 cases had abnormal ossicular structure(12 cases had ossicular chain injury and 8 cases had abnormal ossicular chain development). The bone structure of malleolus, incus and stapes can be clearly displayed on the images of volume rendering technique, but the visibility of anterior and posterior feet of stapes, hammeranvil joint and stapes joint is lower than that of the multiple plannar reformation image.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓VR can visually display the overall anatomical structure of the ossicular chain and the corresponding position relationship between the ossicles by using the whole volume scan data,which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of ossicular chain lesions.
