Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To observe the trentment effect of intracranial pressure monitoring ventricle drainage combined with lumbar puncture in treatment of craniocerebral injury patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and sevety patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, 91 patients with intracranial pressure monitoring ventricle drainage combined with lumbar puncture as the treatment group and 79 patients received conservative treatment as control group. To observe the incidence rate of two groups of patients with cerebral vasospasm, cerebral infarction, traumatic hydrocephalus, cerebral hernia and 6 months Glasgow Prognostic Scale were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The incidence of cerebral vasospasm, cerebral infarction, cerebral hernia and traumatic hydrocephalus in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<005). The treatment group Glasgow Prognosis Scale recovery rate was higher than those of control group, which had significant difference (P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Intracranial pressure monitoring ventricle drainage combined with lumbar puncture can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of the craniocerebral injury patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.
