Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To investigate the  effect of bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation+modified uterine brace suture in intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean delivery.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Seventy  casees of puerpera with intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean delivery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. Puerperas in the control group were treated with bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation, while puerperas in the observation group were treated with bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation + modified uterine brace suture. Surgery time, intraoperative bleeding volume, intraoperative transfusion volume,  transfusion volume within 24 hours postoperatively, the rate of hysterectomy and the rate of puerperal fever were compared between the two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓There was no significant difference in surgery time between the two groups(P>005). The intraoperative bleeding volume, intraoperative transfusion volume, transfusion volume within 24 hours postoperatively in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005). There was no significant difference in the rate of hysterectomy between the two groups(P>005). The rate of puerperal fever in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Compared with bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation, bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation + modified uterine brace suture can significantly reduce the postpartum hemorrhage, blood transfusion volume postoperatively and the incidence of puerperal fever.
