Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective〖HTSS〗To observe the clinical effect of physiological sea water nasal spray combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray　and ebastine tablets on treating children with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Children with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group received mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets， experimental group received physiological sea water nasal spray on the basis of control group. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups. Before treatment，after 4 and 8 weeks of medication，Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score of nasal symptoms,signs score，total effective rate and side effects were observed and evaluated respectively.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗After therapy，the VAS score of nasal obstruction, itching, sneezing, watery-nose, total nasal symptoms and signs score were both decreased gradually in two groups，especially in experiment group. The difference was significant between two groups， in different time and group·time interaction(P＜0.05). The clinical curative effect of experiment group was better than that in control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between two groups(P＞0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Physiological sea water nasal spray combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets can work together on relieving clinical symptoms quickly. There are few adverse reactions. It is worthy of further clinical application.
