Abstract: Objective  To investigate the clinical effects of nalbuphine and sufentanil for analgesia and sedation in patients undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy(TAH), so as to effectively provide more assistance for reducing the pain of patients after abdominal surgery.
Methods  A total of 150 patients undergoing TAH in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into nalbuphine group(n=50), sufentanil group(n=50) and combination treatment group(n=50). The pain sensation score, sedation score and adverse reactions of the three groups of patients were compared.
Results  ①The scores of pain sensation in three groups were initially increased and then decreased with time, and the differences of interaction between groups, time points and time points between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). ②The sedation score of nalbuphine group was better than that of the other two groups, and the difference among the three groups was significant(P<0.05). ③The adverse reaction rate of nalbuphine group was lower than that of the other two groups, and there were significant differences among three groups(P<0.05).
Conclusion  It can be clearly concluded that nalbuphine can effectively improve analgesia and sedation of patients, reduce adverse reactions after surgery, and improve the patient satisfaction after TAH. Therefore, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
