Abstract ] Objective ToinvestigatethecharacteristicsofStargardt'sdiseaseonbluelight
fundusautoflurorescence ( BL-FAF ), andthesignificance of BL-FAFin thefollow-up of
Stargardt'sdisease.Methods BL-FAFimagesof6patients ( 12eyes ) withStargardt'sdisease ,
diagnosedbetweenJan2010andSep2015 , werecollectedrespectively.Thecharacteristicsof
Stargardt'sdiseaseonBL-FAFwasinvestigated.Results ThelesionsofStargardt'sdiseasewas
uausllybilateralandsymmetrical.There weredifferencesintheperformanceofBL-FAFin
differentpathologicalstages.Attheearlystage , itpresentedaspigmentabnormalityandyellow
flecksofmaculawithmottledhyper-autofluorescenceonBL-FAF.Atthemediumstage , itwas
observedas mildroundoroval-likeatrophyarea withyellow spotsaround , whileashypo-
autofluorescentcentercircledwithmottledhyper-autofluorescenceonBL-FAF.Whileatthelate
stage , therewasroundorovalatrophyareawithchoroidalvesselsinthecenterandabundant
yellowflecksaround , soitmanifestedasroundorovalhypo-autofluorescentareawithorwithout
hyper-autofluorescentspotsaround.Conclusion Withspecificfeaturesatdfifferentdegreeof
lesions , BL-FAFcanreflectthesereverityofStargardt'sdisease , which willbehelfpfulto
assessmentoftheprognosisofthedisease.
