Clinical outcome of arthroscopic singlebundle posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with Rigidfix and Intrafix

Abstract ] Objective Toevaluatetheclinicaloutcomesofarthroscopicsingle-bundle
posteriorcruciateligamentreconstructionusingRigidfixandIntrafix.Methods Totalsof46
casesofPCLreconstructionwithRigidfixandIntrafixwererecordedintheretrospectivecohort
study.Evaluationsincluded International Knee Documentation Committee ( IKDC ) score ,
Lysholmscores , tegnerscores , andKT-2000inpostoperativefollowing-up.Results Totalsof46
patientshadbeenfollowedupfor9to36 months ( average18 months ) .MagneticResonance
Imaging ( MRI ) examinationshowedthatthePCLreconstructionrestorednormally.Allincisions
wereprimaryhealingandjointwasstable.Allthepatientsrecoveredafullrangeofmotion
withoutanysurgicalcomplications.TheIKDC , Lysholm , tegnerscorespostoperatively were
higherthanthatofpre-operative ( P <0.05 ), andtheKT-2000decreasedobviouslyaftersurgery
(
P <0.05 ) .Conclusion UsingRigidfix-IntrafixforarthroscopicPCLreconstructionhadlotsof
advantagesincluding simple procedur
