Vertebral fixation combined with fenestration in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures with spinal canal invasion

Abstract ] Objective ToexplorethetherapeuticeffectofSuperPathincision minimally
invasivetotalhiparthroplastyforfemoralheadnecrosispatientsandtheirqualityoflife.Methods
Fourty-twopatientswithfemoralheadnecrosiswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupand
experimental group.Control group patients were received total hip arthroplasty , and
experimentalgroupwerereceivedSuperPathincisionminimallyinvasivetotalhiparthroplasty.To
evaluatethetherapeuticeffect , weanalyzetheHarrisscoreofpatientsbeforeand1months , 2
monthsand3monthsaftersurgeryandcomparetwolegslengthdifference , andWOMACscore
ofpatientsbeforeandaftertreatmenttoevaluatethequalityoflife.Results Afterthesurgery ,
patients'Harrisscoresweresignificantlyimproved ( P <0.05 ); whileWOMACscoresofpatients
weresignificantlylowerthan those beforetreatment ( P < 0.05 ) .There were significant
differencesbetweenthetwo groupsatdifferenttimes.Howeverthere was no significant
differencebetweenthegroups ( P >0.05 ) .Thetwolegslengthdifference , thelengthofstayand
thedurationbetweentheoperationandthefirsttimeoutofbedofpatientsintheexperimental groupweresignificantlyshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Treating
femoralheadnecrosis with SuperPathincision minimallyinvasivetotalhiparthroplastycan
effectivelyreducesurgicaltrauma , andimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients.Itisworthyof
promotion.
