Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To study the application of 3D printing technique in diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fractures and its effect on limb function.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓A total of 86 patients with acetabular fractures were enrolled in our hospital. According to the order of treatment, 3D group (43 cases, single serial number) was diagnosed and treated by 3D printing techique. The traditional group (43 cases, double serial number) was treated by traditional surgical treatment. Clinical indicators, fracture reduction and hip function recovery were compared in two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The operation time, the intraoperative blood loss and the postoperative drainage volume in the 3D group were significantly less than the traditional group(P<005). Excellent rate and the percentage of patients in 3D group were significantly better than the traditional group(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓3D printing technique applying to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acetabular fractures can shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume, make the operation more accurate and effectively promote the recovery of postoperative limb function.
