Abstract: ［Abstract］ Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical effect of the application of dental implant combined with orthodontic in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓One hundred and thirty cases of patients with congenital missing teeth were chosen randomly.According to the digital table method, all patients were divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with dental implant treatment alone, while the patients in the observation group received dental implant combined with orthodontic treatment. Planting success rate, bite force, chewing function and language function recovery after treatment were compared and analyzed between two groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The planting success rates at 3, 6 months and 1 years after dental implant treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bite force after treatment in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The chewing function and score of language function after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Dental implant combined with orthodontic in the treatment of patients with congenital missing teeth has a significant effect,which can improve the success rate of dental implant,promote the restoration of tooth bite force and improve the chewing function and language function of the patients.It has great clinical significance.
