Abstract: Objective To preserve peculiar genomes resources of schizophrenic patients.Methods The permanent lymphoblastoid cell lines of schizophrenic patients were established by Epstein Barr virus transformation of peripheral blood B lymphocytes. Results The bank with 150 permanent cell lines from different types, sib-pair, twins and family lines of schizophrenia were established.Conclusion It is important to establish permanent lymphoblastoid cell bank of schizophenic and provide long- term DNA materials for study of schizophrenic pathogenesis in molecular level in our country.
