Abstract: Objective To discuss the major clinical complications of premature infants by analyzing the relationship of gestational age,birth weight,high risk pregnancy factors and complications,for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention.Methods The medical data of 1 3 7 premature infants admitted to Children's Hospital of Hebei Province were analyzed retrospectively.The relationship of gestational age,birth body mass and high pregnancy risks and complications were analyzed.Results The main complications were pneumonia,j aundice,apnea, respiratory distress syndrome,asphyxia,intracranial hemorrhage,anemia,hypoglycemia,sepsis, cholestasis,bronchial pulmonary dysplasia,retinopathy of prematurity,necrotizing enterocolitis and others.The complications in the group of gestation 28-32 weeks and in the group of birth body mass<1 500 g were significantly higher than those in the group of gestation 32-37 weeks and in the group of birth body mass≥1 500 g (P<0.05 ).The complications in the group of pregnant mothers with high pregnancy risks were higher than those in the group without risk factors (P<0.01).Conclusion When the gestational age was smaller and birth body mass was lower,the mortality and the complications were higher.Some high risk pregnancy factors affect the complications of premature infants.Perinatal health care should be strengthened to improve the survival quality of premature infants and reduce the fatality rate.
