Abstract: Objective To develop a simultaneous analysis method for Aurantio-obtusifolin, Aloeemodin,Emodin and Physcion in Jiangzhiliing tablet by HPLC.Methods Determination of the Aurantio-obtusifolin,Aloeemodin,Emodin and Physcion in Jiangzhiliing tablet by HPLC, the four constituents were separated on an Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)using a mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid in water at the detection wavelength of 286 nm,gradient elution program (0-5 min,40∶60-70∶30;5-10 min,70∶30-80∶20;10-15 min,80∶20-90∶10;15-25 min,90∶10 ),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume 20μL and the column temperature 25 ℃.Results Aurantio-obtusifolin, Aloeemodin,Emodin and Physcion were separated from imputities well.Aurantio-obtusifolin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 16.7-134 ng,the average recovery was 98.7%, and its RSD rate 0.3%;the range of Aloeemodin 11.1-89.1 ng,the average recovery 98.5%,and its RSD rate 1.0%;the range of emodin 90.3-722 ng,the average recovery 98.5%,and its RSD rate 0.7%;Physcion in range of 59.2-473 ng,the average recovery 102.0%,and its RSD rate 0.3%.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used in quality control of Jiangzhiling tablet.
