Abstract: Objective To analyze the CT perfusion(CTP)imaging features in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease before and after encephalo-dura-artery sticking (EDAS ) operation, and to explore the clinical value of CTP in the disease. Methods Thirty patients diagnosed ischemic cerebrovascular disease were applied CTP examination before and after EDAS operation,to obtain cerebral blood volume relative cerebral blood volume(rCBV),cerebral blood flow relative cerebral blood flow(rCBF),time to peak relative time to peak(rTTP)and other perfusion parameters. Then, the cerebral hemodynamics changes before and after surgery were analyzed comparatively. Results The rTTP value was reduced as compared with postoperative stenosis vascular blood supply region(P <0.05);while the rCBF and rCBV value did not show significant difference before and after EDAS(P >0.05).Perfusion parameters showed no statistical significance in non stenosis vascular blood supply region before and after surgery (P > 0.05 ). Conclusion CTP can provide non-invasive monitoring method for the patients, and rTTP is an effective indicator of hemodynamic changes before and after EDAS.
