Abstract: [ Abstract ] Objective Tostudytheapplicationofdual-sourceCT perfusionimagingin
evaluatingthe effect oftranscatheter hepatic arterialchemoembolization ( TACE ) ofliver
Metastases , byanalyzingtheparameterofhemodynamiccharacteristicbeforeandafterTACE.
Methods 28patientswithhepaticmetastaseswereincludedinthestudy.Allthepatientswere
underwentduai-sourceCTperfusionimagingscansbeforeandafterTACE ( rangefrom25-35d ) .
TheCTperfusionparametersoflivermetastasesandsurroundingnormalliverparenchymabefore
andafterTACE weremeasured.Results BeforeTACEthehepaticarterialperfusion ( ALP ),
hepaticperfusionindex ( HPI ), portalveinperfusion ( PVP ) ofthelivermetastaseswerehigher
thanthatofsurroundingnormalliverparenchyma , whilethebloodflow ( BF ), bloodvolume
(
BV ), permeabilitysurface ( PMB ) werelower ( P <0.05 ) .AfterTACEtheBF , BV , PM , ALP
