Abstract: [
Abstract ] Objective ToevaluatetheclinicalvalueofXpert MTB / RIFassay , levelof
adenosinedeaminase ( ADA ) methodandT-SPOT.TBmethodindiagnosisoftuberculouspleurisy.
Methods Atotalof109patientswithtuberculouspleurisywereenrolledinthisretrospective
study , andtheirpleuraleffusionweregivenXpertMTB
/ RIFassayandthelevelsofADA were
measured.The whole blood was detected by T-SPOT.TB method.Results There were
significantdifferencesin MTB / RIF Xpertsystem and ADA activity detection method , T-
SPOT.TBmethod , ADAactivitydetectioncombinedT-SPOT.TB method ( P <0.05 ) .There
weresignificantdifferencesinADA activityassay , T-SPOT.TB assay , ADA activityassay
combinedwithT-SPOT.TB method ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Becausethetuberculouspleural
effusionisstimulatedandmycobacteriumtuberculosiscontainsverylittlepleuraleffusion , the
positiverateoftheapplicationofXpertMTB / RIFsysteminhydrothoraxdetectionislow , the
significanceinthediagnosisoftuberculouspleurisybythismethodislimited.Thepositiverateof
ADAactivityandT-SPOT.TBtestishigh , andthejointdetectionanddiagnosiseffectisbetter  indicatingADAactivityandT-SPOT.TBtestarevaluablemethodsindiagnosisoftuberculous
pleurisy.
