Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the impact of fibroblast growth factor(FGF)+Collagen combined with Bactroban on the expression of the inflammatory factors and wound healing in the treatment of residual burn wounds.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Eighty patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40). Bactroban was applied in the control group, while FGF+Collagen biologic protein sponge combined with Bactroban were applied in the observation group. The clinical efficacy, wound repair, the expression of the inflammatory factors and the quality of wound healing of the two groups were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<005). Good rate of granulation tissue growth, negative rate of bacterial culture, clearance rate of the wound bacterial of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group, while granulation tissue growth time, wound healing time and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group, differences were statistically significant(P<005). The incidence rates of pigmentation, scar hyperplasia, deepening and the infection of the wound of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group, differences were statistically significant(P<005). Before treatment, there were no significant differences of the expression of IL1β and TNFα between the two groups(P>005), and 14 days after treatment, the expression of IL1β and TNFα of the two groups were obviously lower, and those of the observation group were much lower than those of the control group, differences were statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓FGF+Collagen combined with mupirocin ointment in treating residual burn wounds has significant curative effect, which may effectively promote wound healing, prevent the scar hyperplasia. FGF+Collagen combined with Bactroban helps to inhibit bacterial growth by reducing the expression of wound inflammation factors, so as to reduce and avoid the incidence of wound infection. It is worthy of clinical application.
