Abstract: [Abstract]  Objective〖HTSS〗〓To compare the primary clinical results of singlebundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR) with autograft versu autoallograft.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓Sixtysix patients with isolated anterior cruciate ligament rupture were treated with hamstring tendon autografts(35 patients) or with autoallograft(31 patients).Single bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery was applied. The KT1000 value, Lachman test, axial shift test, Tegner score, Lysholm score and IKDC score were compared between the 2 groups.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The autograft group were followed up for 36 months. The autoallograft group were followed up for 33 months. There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in the results of Lachman test, KT1000 value, pivot test, positive rate, IKDC score, Tegner score and Lysholm score(P>005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Singlebundle ACLR with autografts and autoallografts have similar excellent initial clinical results. There was no significant difference between autografts and autoallografts.
