Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the clinical effect of 3DSlicer assisted positioning minimally invasive soft channel surgery in the treatment of aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The clinical data of 113 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed retrospectively, including 53 patients with soft channel minimally invasive surgery by 3DSlicer auxiliary positioning(surgical group), 60 patients with nonsurgical treatment(non surgical group). The patients of two groups were followed up for 5 weeks, and the time of removal of hematoma, neurological impairment and the mortality rate were compared.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The time of hematoma removal of the surgical group was obviously lower than the non surgical group(P<005). National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores were all decreased compared with the admission, which the NIHSS scores and the mortality rate of the surgical group were both significantly declined than non surgical group(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓Soft channel technology with 3DSlicer auxiliary positioning has a good clinical effect in the treatment on elderly hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with a medium dose, which shortened the time of hematoma removal and lowered the mortality rate.
