Abstract: [Abstract]〓Objective〖HTSS〗〓To evaluate the perioperative complications and the stability of pacemaker in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with bradyarrhythmias by using domestic cardiac pacemaker Qinming2312S/M.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓The 104 patients were selected for implantation of Qinming2312S/M pacemaker. According to age, they were divided into senior age group(≥75 years old, 40 cases) and control group(<75 years old, 64 Cases) to observe the changes of pacemaker parameters, pacemaker complications, and shortterm and longterm followup pacemaker parameters in two groups of patients.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The success rate was 100% in both groups. The incidence of low back pain and sleep disturbance were significantly higher in the senior age group than those in the control group(P<005). The incidence of complications in cardiac perforation, capsular hematoma, cerebral infarction, and urinary retention were no statistical significance in both groups(P>005). The threshold of pacing in both groups showed a trend of increasing, and the threshold of senior group was higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference in the interaction between groups, time, and between groups(P<005). There was no significant difference in the interaction between impedance and Rwave amplitude between groups, time points, and between groups(P>005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The domestic cardiac pacemaker Qinming2312S/M had no pacemaker system failure and is safe and stable in clinical applications for elderly patients.
