Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗〓To explore the influencing factors for death anxiety among intensive care unit(ICU) nurses in provincial tertiary hospitals in Hebei province, and to provide strategies for reducing it.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗〓ICU nurses from the tertiary hospitals in Hebei province were selected as subjects to investigate the status of death anxiety. The application of SPSS 19.0 software for the corresponding statistical analysis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗〓The death anxiety score of nurses aged ≤25 years was significantly lower than that of nurses >25 years old. The death anxiety score of male nurses in ICU was significantly lower than that of female nurses. The initial education degree of nurses was higher than that of undergraduate students in secondary school and junior college. The teacher's death anxiety score was higher than that of the nurses, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005). The age of ≤25 years old, the experience of participating in the dying of relatives and the systematic training of hospice care are the “protective factors” of death anxiety. The anxiety score after training was lower than that before training and training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<005).
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗〓The training of death anxiety system conducted by ICU nurses is worth promoting.
