Clinical observation of choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser through cystic duct in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis complicated with choledocholithiasis#br#

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective〖HTSS〗To study the clincial effectiveness and safety of transcystic choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser for cirrhosis accompanied with choledocholithiasis.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Methods〖HTSS〗Thirty-one cases of decompensated cirrhosis patients with choledocholithiasis were treated with transcystic choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser respectively. The complete stone clearance rate and complications were compared using retrospective analysis method.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Results〖HTSS〗The cirrhosis accompanied with choledocholithiasis from 30 cases were completely removed. There were no bile duct injury,bleeding,bile leakage and other complications after operation. After followed up for 8-12 months,there was no recurrence of stones and bile duct stricture.
〖HTH〗〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〖HTSS〗Transcystic choledochoscopy combined with holmium laser in the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined with common bile duct stones is safe, effective and accurate.
